Welcome to Yotrixx. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Yotrixx ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("User", "Subscriber", or "Student"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and notify us at legal@yotrixx.com.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, as amended. It is published in compliance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

Yotrixx reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

"Course Content" includes all intellectual property, videos, PDFs, live sessions, community access, and proprietary frameworks provided by Yotrixx.

"Services" refers to all online coaching, mentorship, and educational programs provided by Yotrixx via the Platform or affiliated channels.

"Platform" means the Yotrixx website, mobile applications, learning portals, and associated digital properties.

"Subscriber" means any individual who has enrolled in and paid for a Yotrixx program or service.

By registering on our Platform, you expressly consent to receive transactional and promotional communications via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. These include course updates, payment receipts, batch announcements, and marketing materials.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us. Transactional communications are mandatory and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

Yotrixx provides education and coaching in Architecture, Interior Design, and related disciplines. We are not a degree-granting institution or university. All certificates issued are completion acknowledgements, not formal academic qualifications.

Access to the Platform and Services is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any content or access.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account sharing, shared logins, or allowing unauthorized third parties to access the Platform through your account will result in immediate termination without a refund.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services and all content within the Platform belong exclusively to Yotrixx or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license solely to access and view the Course Content for your own learning purposes during the access period.

All fees are non-transferable to another individual or program unless explicitly approved in writing by Yotrixx management.

Attempting to initiate a "chargeback" through your bank or payment provider without a valid, documented cause constitutes a breach of this contract and may result in legal action, including recovery of the full fees plus damages.

Subscribers must maintain professional and respectful behavior in all live sessions, community spaces, and communications with mentors and fellow students.

Participation in live coaching calls or group sessions constitutes your consent to be recorded. Recordings may be made available to the cohort's learning portal for future reference.

Subscribers are expected to complete assigned tasks and participate actively. Yotrixx does not issue refunds or extensions due to a student's own lack of participation or completion.

Yotrixx acts solely as an intermediary in connecting trained students with potential employers or hiring partners. We do not guarantee job placement, specific salary outcomes, or the performance of any student candidate.

Hiring Partners agree not to misuse student information shared for recruitment purposes beyond the scope of the hiring process.

You are solely liable for any content, messages, or materials you post or submit on the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Yotrixx a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for service improvement and promotional purposes.

Yotrixx reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any user content that is defamatory, infringing, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available in the Privacy Policy tab), which is incorporated herein by reference. We handle your personal data in compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023.

We do not store sensitive government-issued identifiers such as Aadhaar numbers. Any such data inadvertently submitted will be automatically redacted.

You must not disclose, share, or reproduce any proprietary business strategies, course frameworks, mentor IP, or confidential student information shared within private mentorship groups or cohort spaces.

Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of access and legal proceedings for misappropriation of trade secrets.

All Course Content, branding, software, and materials are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

Piracy, unauthorized recording, screen-sharing, redistribution, or any form of duplication of Yotrixx content will result in immediate access termination and criminal prosecution under applicable IP laws.

No Guarantees of Results: Yotrixx does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, employment results, or career milestones. All coaching is provided for educational purposes only. Individual results will vary based on effort, market conditions, and individual capability.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yotrixx, its directors, officers, employees, and mentors from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms.

This indemnification expressly includes all costs Yotrixx incurs in defending itself against false, vexatious, or malicious legal proceedings initiated by you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yotrixx's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service in question in the twelve months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Yotrixx be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, or data.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Zoom, WhatsApp, Razorpay, Stripe, and AWS. Yotrixx is not liable for outages, data breaches, or service interruptions caused by these third-party providers.

Your use of third-party services through our Platform is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

If you believe that any content on our Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a written complaint to our designated grievance officer at legal@yotrixx.com with full details of the alleged infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be settled through binding Arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

For matters not subject to arbitration, the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Yotrixx reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform immediately and without prior notice for any of the following:

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform and all associated rights are immediately revoked. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Force Majeure: Yotrixx shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, or government actions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yotrixx and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.

Waiver: Failure by Yotrixx to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
